I am sick and tired of seeing the power of the DA admins-Lolly, Spyed, Realitysquared, etc.-being abused. I'd write out some horrible rant, but really, it's of more use to you to just view the evidence of their amazing moderating abilities:

Lolly

-Lolly, despite what the terms of service claims, reads your notes on a daily basis, as proved by this comment
-During the ACCIDENT RETARD case, Lolly promised that something would be done against Guruubii (see the note screencapped in the Guruubii article for proof). Of course, nothing was done. Point proven: Lolly is just here to spread lies, but he has strictly no power on dA.
-His current icon is a gift from `neoikeia which earned her the position of gallery director.
-Check out his behavior during the surrealist-geek incident. He is clearly a wonderful admin to behave like that. Oh, and surrealist-geek was banned lol
-Lolly frequently trolls and baits his customers, as evidenced in the above links
--He was once banned from a forum for trolling too much,

Realitysquared

-Chatlog of FeaturedChat with Realitysquared. Shortly after this chat, Lilandra-Surge was permabanned from DevianTART, with no real reason given.

There is so much more I could say, but I'd rather just let the immprtal words of BadFurDay (another Deviant banned for NO REASON. WHAT. WHAT. WHAT.) do the talking

By being a member of DeviantART, you are taking three risks. One is small, the two others are A HUGE SCALE RAPE.

1) They can terminate your account whenever they want. badfurday:, surrealist-geek, cageybutterfly, we all three got terminated because we did not like the administration. We never wrote an insult, never a swear word, we remained civil and polite, yet we were forced to leave.

2) DA can rape your art. I can't remember his name, but someone got his art used without permission during a recent DA tour, and the staff asked $lolly to act as if it was all normal, forcing a great artist to leave DA in fear of it being used again.

3) DA is EXTREMELY VULNERABLE. I managed to hack every single part of the site, and I COULD GET YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO IN A FEW CLICKS IF I WANTED TO. I won't do it, but someone else might, seeing how vulnerable DA is.

Many artists have already moved out of DeviantART due to these problems. Art and money don't cope, especially when run by some retarded admins who don't know the law and troll their users.
